"First shipment was insufficiently packed and jar was damaged. Replacement by HDC was prompt and second jar received in tact. Great value; prompt and courteous customer service."

"I found the pierced jar to be very shiny as in the picture. Upon inspection by turning the jar around, there were a few spots where the glaze did not adhere so you can see white. Not a big deal to me as it was going to be placed where the best side would show. If I was going to put it in a spot where it could be seen from all sides I would have returned it. Manufacturer needs to inspect better."

"Very pretty, decent price, but I was very disappointed with the "stunning silver finish". I opened the box to find what looked like a small white smudge on the jar. I rubbed it, only to find that the "smudge" was getting bigger and bigger as I rubbed it. The finish came right off onto my hand. Very disappointing, made it seem very cheap. I also did not like that the lid sat so loosely in the jar. Had thought it would fit more snugly so that it wouldn't rattle around."
