"The Hartford leather love seat is a great purchase. I was concerned because I had read some reviews that it had an odor. It doesn't. The seats are firm which is exactly what I was looking for. This is an excellent buy and very reasonably priced."

"Although the loveseat looks wonderful and assembly was easy, I cannot get rid of the chemical smell from the the two back cushions. I've tried many leather-safe products, plus took the cushions apart and sprayed the inside cushion with febrese. Only the back cushions smell. The couch doesn't. IF I could get the smell out, I'd be happy."

"Was a little leary of ordering a sofa and love seat on line. Were as I would not be able to test them out for comfort and workmanship. However that was a thing of the past because as soon as I recieved these pieces I was immediatly pleased! I also got free shipping so it made it and even better buy!"

"The initial feel of the loveseat, chair, and couch is very firm. Overtime, the seats begin to settle in and it beomes very comfortable.
The couch is recycled leather, but it has the feel of new leather. The leather is stylish and easy to maintain. The furniture is the appropriate size for an average size living room. It doesn't consume a massive amount of space, but it accomodates people of all sizes.
I am very happy with this product."

"We purchased the sofa, loveseat and two club chairs in this set and couldn't be happier! The leather is much higher quality than I expected and looks beautiful! Sofa is very sizeable, but not bulky. Loveseat is also a great size, again, not bulky. The chairs are very comfortable without taking up too much space. We are delighted! ONE NOTE: Do not order these pieces individually if you are buying the set - you should order the SET, then add on extra pieces you need because we saved $400 by ordering it that way. The customer service we experienced was absolutely outstanding. We are thrilled! Thank you, Home Decorators Collection!"

"Overall this piece is OK for my office but I was hoping for something a bit better made. The leather on the front of the seat cushions is poorly sewn and puckers. Also the whole thing looks shiny. I wouldn't buy this for my home."

"This loveseat is just what I wanted. More contemporary look and a stiffer feel to the cushions. I bought it for extra seating when guests come over but have found myself gravitating to it each night. The only thing I dislike is the backing on the cushions for the velcro. It feels like it is going to rip when I try to readjust the cushions. I wish it had a second piece of velcro. I think I might add one to the cushions. Since I hardly have to readjust the cushions, I am not worried."

"We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the box. I was afraid that "recycled leather" was code for fake, but it appears to be real leather and smells like the real thing. It even feels stiff and thick like the good stuff. The backs of the cushions are cloth so if we damage the fronts there is no turning them over, we are stuck! But for the price, we are very happy! No body is going to think they look cheap."
