"I was really excited when we ordered these chairs with the picture shown on line looks like crisp leather. These are not leather period. Just some cheap plastic vinyl covering. But for the price hey you get what you pay for. They are fairly large in scale and do fill a space up."

"I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY- FAST & PROFESSIONAL. AS FOR THE ACTUAL CHAIR, I THINK IT'S A GREAT LOOKING CHAIR, VERY WELL PUT TOGETHER, STURDY, SOLID. I DO WISH THE SEAT WAS A LITTLE MORE "CUSHION-Y" BUT THAT COULD CHANGE OVER TIME JUST BY SITTING IN IT REPEATEDLY. ALSO, THE LEATHER ISNT NEARLY AS SHINY AS THE PICTURE SHOWS. "I wasn't sure what "recycled" leather would get me, but for the price, I got what I paid for. The leather is not too supple, but the chair looks very nice. It seems to be well constructed. The seat sits a bit lower than I would like and the cushion is quite firm, not a chair that you "snuggle" into. I have a cat, so didn't want to spend the money on real leather until I see if she tries to shred this one, so good value for the money. Scale was perfect for what I needed, just would have liked a bit more "cush"."

"I've ordered two of these chairs for separate offices, and for the price I'm not sure how one could do better. They are handsome, the leather is perfect, they are firm yet comfortable, have nice big armrests, and are generally rich looking. They are rather substantial in size, and if your space is smallish, you probably would want a more compact chair. But if you have the space, I don't see how you can go wrong with this collection. Also, it comes well-packaged, and the feet are easy to assemble (leaving them off makes it much easier to navigate stairs and doorways)."

"Disappointing, not leather at all, recycled or otherwise. This is either bicast or vinyl and should say that. Thought this would be perfect to go green. I'll stick to top grain, or italian leather, from now on."

"the only reason I gave this product 4 stars on appearance is that it comes in a very large oversized box. There is no way the box would have ever fit through anyone's front door. I had to take the chair out of the box and carry it into the house to put the legs on it.
The quality is awesome. It took just a couple minutes to figure out how to put the legs onto the chair since there are no instructions included. I actually put the two front legs on wrong and realized it once I set the chair down. It was no problem to fix."

"nice chair. bonded leather. floor model had more "use" and the "leather" looked a little better. The brand new chair is obviously not real leather. hoping that the more we sit in it the pleather won't be so obvious. Other than that no complaints. very comfortable."

"My overall impression of this purchase is that it's a great value. Although I had originally wanted a heavy leather chair, I am very pleased with the cost & quality of this chair. The recycled leather is not cheap-looking. The cushions are also plush and very comfortable even for a big guy like me. My wife's only complaint was that it was a little too boxy-looking, but I think that's just a matter of personal taste. I am fine with it and I think it will last a long time."

"This was a relatively inexpensive purchase and so, it is a good value. It is an extremely sturdy piece of furniture and looks much more expensive than it is. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because during packaging, there were several places on the sides of the chair that ended up with tape on them. In trying to remove this, I was left with some residue (stickiness from the tape) on the surface of the chair. I am sure it will come off if I find the right product with which to remove it, but I really shouldn't have had to do that at all. Otherwise, I am pleased with the way it fits into the setting for which it was purchased."

"These chairs were more comfortable than we thought. I would not want to sit in them on a daily basis. We have the chairs in a front room as a "conversation area" for guests. We like the wide flat arms, deep inset seat, and clean cut no frills look. They are easy to clean. Worth the money, especially on sale. Leathers appears to be sturdy."

"I just received this chair in brown today. It is beautiful. It's the first time I ever saw recycled leather and after seeing it, I'm sure I've encountered it before and didn't even realize it. It's well made and smells like leather. It's very comfortable and I like it because you don't "sink" into it. I'm very happy I made this purchase. Oh, and my son had the legs on in no time."

"Even cheap leather at least smells like leather. This has no leather smell at all. It is glossy, and doesn't feel like leather. I use it as a chair in my home office as an accent chair, so it doesn't get used much. From a distance it looks fine, but if you are buying a leather chair to use and enjoy and expect the feel, look and smell of leather, this probably isn't the one for you. On the plus side, it is very inexpensive."
