"Bought this for use in a bathroom and it's perfect. I was concerned if the gray was gray or bluish gray, but it'a a fairly true gray. Colors it goes with are Shaker Beige, Stonington Gray, Chelsea Gray, Revere Pewter and Jackson Tan. The rug appears well made and I look forward to using it for a long time."

"I purchased the white ice color. I unrolled this rug and was shocked. It looked like there was a years worth of dirty on it. After vacuuming it and giving it time to unroll I didn't hate it, but I didn't like it either. As it turns out, this rug appears dirty after two days of walking on it due to the way the fibers fall. The rug feels great but I am not happy with the look of it. I constantly feel like I have to vacuum it to get it looking the way it appears online."

"I was looking for the perfect carpet for my family room. I had my eye on this one for a long time but was reluctant to purchase it sight unseen online. "I have never bought a rug online before and was a little apprehensive, but decided to take the plunge for the Balcony rug. I looked at it several times before finally buying it. I did take other reviews into consideration. I received it within 5 days. It was wrapped very carefully. I was excited to roll it out. All I can say is that the Balcony rug is even more beautiful than I expected. I am completely satisfied. I have had several friends come by and they all have loved it. All of them wanted to know where I purchased the rug. I have a feeling some of my friends will be purchasing a rug from Home Decorators as well."

"The wait was worth it! When I ordered I was disappointed that the rug was on over a month backorder. I took a shot at it as I kept going back to this rug time and time again. I already had a cheaper rug in front of our jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom so I didn't mind the wait. I pretty much forgot about it until Home Decorators sent me an email that it had shipped. Wow....I understand why the long backorder...everyone must love this rug too!
The colors are absolutely beautiful.....rich and nicely coordinated with just the right amount of orange and green. The rug fibers are very soft to the feet.... the sizing was slightly larger than described but not a big deal.
It was packaged very nicely however I wish they would roll these rugs with the pattern on the outside. It took over a week with heavy books on the edges to get the rug to stop curling!"

"I absolutely love this rug. I ordered the 2x8 runner. It took 6 months for HDC to have this rug in stock, but it was worth the wait. Also, the website describes it as Wool, so I assumed it was 100%, but the label says 50% wool 50% rayon. Nonetheless, I absolutely love the rug, it looks beautiful and despite not being 100% wool it looks and feels wonderful. I'm so pleased I'm going to order another one."
