"I ordered 2 Cooper chairs in Cream for my living room. I love the color and the appearance. They look elegant and look expensive. The seat height is a bit high. I am 5'6" and my feet reach the floor but my mom who is about 5'2", her feet do not reach flat on floor. I do not see that as a problem anyway but just something a buyer might want to consider.
I bought these with an additional 15% off coupon and free shipping. I say it's totally worth it."

"-Purchased two of the red chairs for our living room. Both were delivered promptly and packaged well. While these chairs are not top-of-the-line, they are attractive and pretty comfortable! They are made of recycled leather and are imported. Several guests have given us compliments about the chairs and have asked where we purchased them!"

"This Cooper arm chair was ordered in the grey color. My husband and I both love it. There was no assembly. The driver helped me take the chair out of the box outside on the porch because the box it came in was large and would not fit thru my back door on our century home. The delivery driver carried the chair into the house to the living room. I removed the remaining packaging.That was it! So happy with the price, the look of the chair, the comfort of the chair and the delivery. Also the packaging was excellent."

"We bought two Cooper Arm Chairs in a textured blue color. They arrived well-packed and fully assembled. The nail-head trim is in a shiny silver and the color of the blue leather is excellent — they look like they've been around a long time (mellow coloring) but have an updated style. They are comfortable and fit our space well. While some of the folds around the arm could be a little tighter, the overall make of the chairs is good, especially for the price. The chairs were on sale, then on clearance, and we received free shipping, plus I had a 20% off coupon, so they were a complete bargain. Love them!"

"I received an email for a promo percentage off my purchase plus free shipping. This was an offer I couldn't refuse. Not only was the offer good, but I was asked a few days later if I would take delivery of my order after 9:00 p.m. This meant I would receive my order exactly 7 days after I ordered it. You can't get much better than this can you?! The delivery person called an hour before he actually arrived to reassure me he would be there. He unpacked the chairs to get them into the house and asked me if they were the correct color. They were indeed the right color and I am so pleased. Thanks for the best customer service!"

"Purchased the Cooper chair in blue for a library renovation to match a blue wingback leather chair I already had. The two look great together and the Cooper chair is firm and comfortable for reading. Leather is a rich color and nailhead trim was even - they are a chrome/steel color which keeps the look a little more modern.

"This chair required no assembly and is very comfortable. Some leather chairs are stiff and uncomfortable but not this one! I was looking for something to use in my office and this one was perfect so I bought two. A colleague of mine bought two for her office (a different color) at a different time and was equally satisfied. We have both gotten lots of compliments from our customers about these chairs."

"This chair was the perfect size, color, and cost for the area I had that needed a chair. The recycled leather looked great in the grey color and was soft and pliable. The large upholstery tacks keep the chair from looking feminine as described. The chair arrived in less than a week from the date of order."

"Color is a bit different than in the photo - I got ivory and it has a bit more yellow tone to it and the color is not even. The chair looks fine - it was just different than expected. The seams a little uneven - again - nothing noticeable when you are walking by the chair - but when you really look at it. Even with these cons, the chair fits my room, suits my needs and feels sturdy and comfortable. It is a good value and I guess it you get what you pay for."

"I would recommend this chair to a friend with this input: The color is accurate in the photo and the chair is comfortable. My huge objection, though, is the quality of the bonded leather. Make no mistake, this does not look like leather, feel like leather or smell like leather. It's not supple like leather. It looks like very high quality vinyl/leatherette. Wish I had spent more and purchased a real leather chair."
