"I'm very happy with this chair. It's everything I wanted for a great price. I ordered the gray color, and it ended up being more of a steel blue, but I liked it anyway. I got 8 of them for my mom, and she assembled half of them, but I had no trouble with the ones I put together."

"Fast and easy to install. Just screw legs. All material is included as well as a screwdriver. Covered chair with fancy cover I bought earlier from Home Decorators. It’s a beautiful and practical chair without it though."

"I read all the reviews before purchasing these chairs. I also did some research on "recycled leather"....it is not vinyl, which was a big concern of mine. They arrived earlier than expected and were boxed with GREAT care. The box was very thick and each piece was wrapped in styrofoam wrap..the legs were nested in styrofoam cups, and all the screws and nuts were accounted for. Directions were easy to follow...took about 20-30 minutes per chair. Did find on two chairs that each had one leg slightly shorter than the rest. Easy remedy...added a foot protector on the bottom. For the money, they were better than I expected. Would definitely buy again."

Parsons Chair - Striped Velvet

"I wanted to love this chair based on the photo, but when I got it, I discovered that the velvet stripes sit on a fabric that is cheap looking and more brown than gray. This distracts from the overall look. The base fabric should be a shade of gray. In addition, the fabric is seamed about 4 inches down from the top on the back, and the stripes don't align. Looks messy and unfinished. Just didn't want to hassle sending it back. A plain color or pattern fabric in this chair would be a lot better. The chair itself is fine."

"I am very pleased with my two new parsons chairs. I had contacted Home Decorator & they sent me a swatch of the color I was confused about the shade of purple or plum. I selected the plum as it was perfect, I needed the darker shade.
I did have a handy man put the chairs together and he had no problem. The chairs arrived in good condition and quickly The were a great price! VERY HAPPY."

"I have parsons chairs from Home Decorators that I purchased several years ago and we have really enjoyed them, so I felt pretty confident ordering again. After we put them together (which was easy by the way) the look was what I expected, but the disappointment came when we sat down in them. These were the most uncomfortable parsons chairs I have ever sat in. They are hard, too narrow in width, and force you to sit so upright that you can't wait to get out of them. Overall the quality was less than what I am looking for. If you order parsons chairs from Home Decorators I recommend spending a little more to get more padding and larger dimensions, because they will be much more comfortable. We are returning these."
