"I have two boys ages 5 and 2 - and these bar stools were the right combination of safe and durable. The leather is terrific and cleans up nicely. The chairs have a high back which provides the comfort and safety I wanted for them to sit. They look stylish and impressive. They were fairly easy to assemble and I found it got easier after I put the first one together. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high bar stools with a durable, safe, and attractive theme going into their kitchen eating area."

"Quick shipping, great product, only problem was that one stool did not have the necessary screws, etc. included in the package, but a phone call to customer service and they were sent to me within a few days time."

"I bought 2 of these bar stools and they look nice however I feel like they might not hold up for the long run. Also on the site they do not tell you where the seat comes up to and the seats are really high. So high that we had to cut the legs on both of the chairs we ordered to get them to a useable height. These chairs look good but be sure to measure your area to be sure they will fit."

"I bought two of these bar stools, and I'm so glad to have them. The quality of materials is high. Be careful when you assemble these chairs because the legs in the front are slightly longer than the legs in the back. The directions omit this handy information, so don't forget. If you put the wrong legs in the front, you will not be able to sit comfortably in the chair. If you put the legs in the correct spot (long in front, short in back), the stool will be VERY comfortable.
The legs also have a hard plastic stub on the bottom to protect your floor, but you won't see it when the chair is upright. It's a nice feature."

Like the chairs, can't get them together!

"Ordered 3 of these chairs and loved the look of them when they came. The quality of the leather seemed good. The issue was that I could NOT get the stools together! I consider myself quite handy and the poor quality of the craftsmanship made it impossible to put together. I could not insert the one leg into the base of the chair because the square leg could not fit into the ill fitting base. The hole was not squared. On the other chair one of the screws was already striped and another leg was missing a metal piece for the screw to secure properly. I thought I was losing my mind they were so bad and had my husband try...there was no way around the poor craftsmanship. If they would have come assembled with all the parts they would be a nice chair. The company offered to give me a discount if I wanted to have them fixed locally. I would rather spend my $ on something made correctly the first time!!!!"

"I looked around at a lot of stools and wanted to get one that was comfy, matched our dining room set, and, if possible, had something sustainable about it. This stool fit the bill. Our computer monitor sits on a tall cabinet just off our dining room and we needed a stylish, comfortable stool to be able to work and play at the computer, but it also had to match our new dining room set, which is dark wood. Knowing it has recycled leather makes this stool an even better find. I put it together in under an hour and everyone in the family loves sitting in it."
