"We ordered this light fixture for our dining room. The first one arrived broken with no way to repair it. Customer service was very good (they must be used to this kind of call) and they sent an entire replacement. I am not happy about having to dispose of the first one, though. The fixture looks good, though is heavier than I expected. The arms that attach to the main ring are not very thick and that's where the welding broke on the first one. If you get a good one on the first try, it's nice."

"I ordered this ceiling fixture thinking it was bronze, but it is actually pewter colored on the metal areas and slightly bronze when the lights are on only. The workmanship is surprisingly poor - the pieces that connect the base of the light to the ceiling would not affix straight so it's a bit crooked and the metal areas of the base are slightly warped on its own. My fiance and I have ordered other items from HD in the past and were much happier with those items than this lamp. We are debating on trying to return this lamp.."
