"The color was very true to the display online. The rug is plush and soft and appears to be of good quality. It was very linty the first few vacuums, but that has diminished, and the rug doesn't look worn or patchy (as if it had been poorly made and the vacuum tore it up). Instead, the pile has held up well and we are looking forward to years of use. Also, spilled some soda on it the other day, and the liquid beaded up nicely on the surface and made for very easy clean up with no residual stain. For dogs and kids, this is a must."

"This rug has a luxurious thickness but lays flat and doesn't buckle. Beautiful rich color and texture. An amazing buy for such an expensive-looking rug. 2 runners in a row added a beautiful warmth and richness to our master bedroom, while covering the high foot traffic traversing the room from entry to bathroom. 4/4 stars!"

"I have been looking for a dark brown rug for quite a while and have been having issues with getting a good match. This rug met my expectations exactly. I do agree with others that this rug is a dark brown and there is not much variation between the border and the rest of the rug...but it is a really nice rug. Very plush and really pretty."

"The quality of the rug is excellent! An exceptionally good value. However, the rug differs quite a bit from the photo -- the border is lighter than in the photo, and the middle lighter, so it looks more monochromatic than it does in the online photo."

"I ordered this rug thinking it would look like the picture. When I received it and un-rolled it, the rug was ALL DARK BROWN throughout. Very dark!!Just be warned! The rug will not look like the one pictured here."

"I had a really hard time finding a stylish rug that both my husband and I could agree on. I purchased this one without his "consent" and when he opened it he loved it...It is a gorgeous, heavy rug. The chocolate color matches our room perfectly and it vacuums up great (I have a white cat and a golden colored dog who also adore the rug). It also relaxed within hours of rolling it out...overall a great purchase especially when there is free shipping."
