"2 out of three chairs had to be fixed good thing my dad knew how. do not buy this stuff unless you have moderatley good DYI skills . 2 of 3 chairs would have had to be returned had we not had a little knowledge on how to fix broken wood and drill new holes , it was pretty bad."

"This product is a terrific value for leather counterstools. A competitor has a "look-a-like" product for the same price. However it is imitation leather. These stools are classy, well made and go with any style decor."

"Great value and a perfect match to the kitchen chairs. Color is true to picture and they are very comfy. One tip when assembling legs and cross bars; put screws in just with one or two turns until they are all inserted, then go back and tighten. Otherwise the last screw doesn't line up.
Chairs are perfect for the counter and look great."

"Unfortunately the parts were incorrect and did not fit. It was obvious too much wood was left in the opening of the seat bottom and thus the legs would not fit. I am in the process of communicating with the parts department. Ugh!"

"I am so pleased with this purchase! I have been thinking about getting new counter stools for awhile, searching for just the right ones.
At first I wanted leather swivel stools with arms but after seeing the price, I reevaluated my need. In my small area, swivel function is really not needed; without the swivel, the arms can be confining. Leather was a definite choice and an attractive color would be a plus.
These stools met all my needs: very nice deep red color with black wood; soft leather; deep, very comfortable cushions (I had guests chose to stay on the stools rather than move to the sofa!); correct height; and they seem sturdy (have only had them for a month).
I put them together myself and I am not strong . . . no problem at all. They did take me a little while but easy enough. Look in the seat cushions for the washers and screws - may or may not have stayed in the little bag. They became trapped in the corners, so look carefully before reacting.

"The chair arrived expertly packaged and without any dammage. Everything fit perfectly. The chair is very comfortable and functional. Looks great. Its a little difficult to screw the peices together with the allen wrench and screw driver...but get somebody with strong forearms or patience and you will be fine and end up with a very sturdy chair. Counter stools are expensive (period), so its hard for me to rate the value, it is a really good chair and I'm happy with it, but wish I could have bought for under $100. BEST FEATURE: I have tile floors and the chair has these great hard nylon stubs on the bottom of each leg (foot) that glide very smoothly and without dammage on the floor - best chair bottom I've every found!"

"I ordered 4 red counter stools. They arrived quickly and all the parts were accounted for. Assembly was easy for the most part. Some of the holes were not sized to fit the legs appropriately but nothing a little sandpaper was able to correct. I am very pleased with the chairs. They look great at the counter and they look far more expensive than what they actually cost. I entertain a lot and my friends all commented on how comfortable and attractive they are."

"These chairs were available from another source at a considerably higher price. The colors are as shown and described online. The chairs arrived in less than a week in very good condition. It took us a little while to put the first chair together but the next two went much faster. One of the chairs had a knot hole on the underneath side that had been filled with wood putty. We were a little surprised by that but the spot is not visable unless the chair is turned upside down. It does not impact the integrity of the chair. One of the chairs was missing a leg cap which made it set uneven but we purchased a replacement cap at minimal cost at local hardware store. Overall we are very happy with the three chairs we purchased."
