"The product appears nice, however, this was a gift for my daughter and the wrong side arm rest was in the package and it will take 1 month to have the correct part shipped to her. This is quite disappointing."

"I just got this and found it did not disappointe me. I like its height which is a few more inches than others. This was the main reason I chose it. The seat is firm. Happy to have it."

"Four legs and none are the same length had to put pads on the bottoms to even out, one took 3 pads. Too much hassle to return its a bathroom item."
