Not a true gray

"I bought this rug based on the reviews that this was truly gray in color. I have an upholstered bed that is dove gray and a gray storage ottoman that I wished to match. THIS RUG IS NOT A TRUE GRAY. It is taupe. It's not even really gray-beige, it's more gray with some brown in it, which is taupe. I was VERY disappointed in the color, but the design, quality, feel under my bare feet, is ALL good. So, if you want a taupe rug of nice quality, go for it. If you need a truly gray rug, Please LOOK ELSEWHERE."

"We needed a long, attractive runner, and this is exactly as advertised. The pattern is simple, yet attractive, and fits perfectly with the decor of the room. We have a golden retriever, and even with her walking/laying on it and foot traffic the rug looks great after weeks of use."

"Purchased it in Grey - and it's true to the picture. Super comfortable and soft. Love the look of the checkered design. This rug adds such warmth to my hallway. And looks like I spent alot more on it than I did."

"....there are bumps spaced throughout this rug which appear to be creases from the roll being bent during storage/shipping. Normally these bumps smooth with time but these don't seem to be flattening. Takes away from the quality and overall apprearance of the rug. Wouldn't buy again for this reason. The photo shows more of a color variation than there really is. The variation is from the light hitting the pattern, not the rug itself."

could be a defect, request seller to exchange, if they dont do a charge back on your credit card for defective merchandise
