"I bought this chair it took twice as long as they said to get it, I've used the chair maybe 4 times and its already showing wear. The pattern does not line up.

"Thought this chair would be perfect for the ends of my dining table. WRONG. The chairs were horribly made. One arm was taller than the other, the cording was sewn into the seams in many places, and the grain of the fabric was crooked across the seat."

"I ORDERED TWO CHAIRS IN MONACO BREEZE. IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN THEY ORIGINALLY STATED BUT ONLY ABOUT TWO WEEKS. THE DELIVERY WAS FINE, BUT WHEN I TOOK OFF THE PLASTIC WRAP ONE OF THE CHAIRS HAS A BIG BLUE STREAK DOWN THE BACK AND A HOLE IN THE FABRIC IN THE SEAT. I CALLED TO GET IT REPLACED AND THEY WERE WONDERFUL. THEY ORDERED ME A NEW ONE AND SAID I WOULD GET THE INFO ABOUT RETURN SHIPPING IN 72 HOURS. I HOPE THE NEW ONE IS OKAY."

"The chairs are breathtaking, and quite comfortable. Even better looking in person than on-line. Overall the quality and workmanship are quite good, similar to other, more expensive, custom chairs I have ordered. The only issue was one chair arrived with a broken leg - broken at a knot that should have been noticed during a Quality Control inspection and never attached to a chair. However, Customer Service has been wonderful, ordering a replacement chair for me immediately. Overall, although my experience was not perfect, I would highly recommend the chair and this site as my overall experience was very positive."

"I wanted two arm chairs to rejuvenate a set that I have owned for a long time. The Black Laguna print matches with the oak set perfectly and with some other camel color seating in adjoining room. The legs were a little nicked but nothing I could not live with. They are not oversized so they do not take up a lot of space for a smaller room."

"I had been looking at this chair for a very long time as I was concerned about ordering a chair on line but finally took the plunge. I got two to go in my dining room as the head chairs and they look just as beautiful in person as in the picture. They are very comfortable and well-made. I had read some of the other reviews so looked them over with a fine-tooth comb but only found a few dings in the legs which were easily touched up with a furniture marker. While the legs were wrapped with plastic, my only suggestion would be if the chairs had some additional bubble-wrap for better protection in the box while in transit. No assembly which was great!"

"I ordered swatches to select fabric which arrived promtly. My chairs arrived in selected fabric and were true to swatches sent. Excellent condition. Very, very comfortable. We use them as head chairs at dining room table. So comfortable no one wants to get up!
No complaints about quality. Very good value.
Warning: They take long time to arrive and shipment was delayed twice. Not an issue unless you are in a rush."

"We bought 2. They are nice looking chairs and are really what we were looking for but both were damaged. A leg on one was cracked, a leg on the other was twisted and wobbly. There was also some shoddy upholstery on one. Rather than hassle with waiting for an exchange we made the repairs ourselves."

"I ordered this chair in the Stonehedge Onyx as a desk chair for my bedroom office. It is absolutely beautiful and the colors coordinate with my bedroom decor perfectly. The chair is well made, upholstered wonderfully (with the stripes matching up) and it is very comfortable.

"The chair is attractive, and reasonably comfortable. However, there is a "flat spot" about mid-back that does not have padding. It sounds like there is a cardboard backing or something when you sit back in it. I like it enough to keep and not hassle with sending back, but I'll use it for something other than dining, because it's difficult to pull up to the table. Also, it shows in the catalog as "available", but that does not mean it ships right away. I think that should be made clearer in the shipping info. It took almost 6 weeks to arrive."
