"received this chair and color was dull, seat is hard to firm, the chair back leg came damaged. I asked for a refund and got it and got to keep the chair even though i don't want it. I wouldn't buy this chair, if i had to buy another chair that was firm to hard, i'd buy one with customed fabric, at least it would look trendy and expensive."

"bought this to use as an office chair based on the reviews. looks great, price was right with versatile fabric. what doesn't work for me is the scratchy fabric when i wear shorts and the lack of posterior knee/leg support. i can feel the wood frame, no foam wrap around the frame, just padding laid on top. will keep the chair and move into the bedroom but need to buy another office chair now. not recommended for extensive sitting. the chair made it in one piece but was packaged loosely so the top corners have a nickel size "worn" area. not worth returning though."

"The chair came fully assembled and well packaged. However, no matter how well packaged it was, the chair came in with a broken leg. I contacted Home Decorators right away and within 6 days they shipped me another chair and let me keep the chair with the broken leg. My husband and I value customer service very highly, and I have to say that Home Decorators provided excellent customer service to me. I was not only pleased with the beautiful chair I ordered but also with the service I received. Thanks Home Decorators!"

"I LOVE these chairs - stylish, very comfortable and made in the USA. They were extremely well packaged, and had no transit damage, but of the 4 I ordered, one had a small nick in a leg. I notified Home Decorators who alerted the manufacturer. It made my Xmas when the manufacturer sent me a new chair and told me to keep the damaged one. Both the original order and the additional chair arrived in half the time estimated. I am every happy with my purchase, and won't hesitate to buy from Home Decorators again."

"I love the chair and it is exactly what I have been looking for. However, some of the staples pulled out from the underneath covering of the chair seat. I don't think the workmanship was so great on the underneath-- kind of flimsy."

"The chair arrived completely assembled, with great care. I bought 2 of them and they look amazing. My only disappointment is that I wish the chairs were more substantial (wider on the seat and back) so they could be used at other locations other than the dining room. Other than that, I'm very pleased with it AND it was even delivered 2 weeks early!"

"I had never ordered furniture over the internet sight unseen. I can't fit a chair in my car and with the free shipping offer, I decided to give it a try. The box arrived two weeks early and in perfect condition. I lifted the chair out of the box and put in my bedroom. It looks perfect! Wonderful color and expensive looking. I'm thinking of ordering another chair today for the family room."

"Looks great. But the workmanship is bad. There was threads hanging from the chair when we recieved it, we had to cut them off, some of the button tufting were loose and coming out and there was a nail exposed on the front side of the chair."

"When the first chair was delivered, it had a smear in the writing on the chair back. I called Home Decorators to report the damage. They told me to keep the chair and a replacement was sent out immediately. Great customer service! I got my new chair and it is perfect! Love it and I have had many compliments on it."
