"I really the look of the tufted bench, however, the frame is not square, consequently, the bench is not level and wobbles. We had to elevate one of the legs so that it would not tip from side to side."

"Looks great. Gorgeous fabric -- selected "silas raisin" and colors are richer than swatch on website. Only complaint is that the legs weren't level -- they wobble on hard floor (maybe not a problem for carpeting). Came in a big box, no assembly, neatly wrapped and easy to lift out (not heavy). Fantastic value!! Worth the "wobble" inconvenience"

"The tiger print bench was as pictured, except that the print background was darker than the sample was that I requested. Because it was a tiger print, however, this difference was unimportant to me. I ordered sample fabric which arrived very promptly. The delivery of the item was exactly as promised. The item arrived completely assembled! Another great service was that a sale began between my ordering and the delivery. After I contacted the company, the customer service agent granted me the same sale offer! Great expereince with Home Decorators!"

"I ordered this bench in cinder. It looked cheaply made when I got it. It appears that they just cut holes in the fabric and jab the legs in so that the stuffing peeks out around the legs in some places. I had to turn the bench around backwards in order to avoid seeing the stuffing. Also, it took about a month and a half to ship, but they charged my credit card as soon as the order was placed. I didn't feel like going through the hassle of returning it so I've kept it."

"This bench matched the online picture and description just as I expected. Met my expectations. The bench is a bit creaky so I am wary of very heavy person sitting on it but other than audible creaking, we've had no issues.
The fabric is knotted/tufted so my cats like to scratch it; not a great fabric for cat owners."

"This is a great product for a great price. I love the customization options, and the finished product is much nicer than I anticipated. The only frustration with this product was several delays in shipping and then once shipped, several delays in the delivery (though that is not a reflection of the actual product or Home Decorators). Highly recommended!"
