"I ordered this ottoman as an extra to pull around wherever needed in our family room, which mostly has green. The color was more tangerine than I expected. The ottoman is smaller than I expected and low to the ground but the orange velvet is pretty and the legs give it a unique and more expensive look. It also seems sturdy and assembly was a pinch. It came packaged very well.
For the price, a great unique little piece!"

"I received the ottoman and it had chips and scratches. Home Decorators Collection sent out another to replace it. Unfortunately the second one was just as damaged. I won't buy from them again."

Price and Appearance Is Good But...

"The color and construction was good and the size was just what I needed, however, the ottoman has a dusty/musty odor that after 8 days, I am still trying to get rid of. Because of the weather, the ottoman is in the garage because the smell in the house is too overpowering. Because the price was excellent, I am still hoping the ottoman will be usable indoors after much airing out."

"This is a lovely ottoman. The screw on one of the legs wasn't centered so it didn't fit correctly but I called and recieved a replacement leg within a week. I'm very pleased with this purchase"

"This is a good ottoman for the price. Plush seat and very easy to assemble. I picked the brown linen color fabric. It wasn't a deep enough brown to match my other furniture. I thought it would be more of a chocolate but it is not. However, I did like the size and shape of the ottoman. Instead of paying to ship the item back I purchased new fabric and recovered it myself. Looks perfect now."

I was thinking of purchasing the set and recovering just the seat cushion (on the Marais chair) and ottoman top myself...may I ask if this was easy for you to do? I think trying to reupholster the whole chair would be too much for me, but I think I could just do the seat cushion and top of ottoman to match. Did you purchase the matching chair too? I thank you in advance for your time and consideration. Great advice too!

"I had been looking for ottomans for a while but was surprised by the high cost. I was skeptical when I ordered these as the cost was low for what looked like a very nice product. I was pleasantly surprised when the ottomans arrived and they were as nice in person as they appeared in the magagzine. I am very pleased by what I got for the price I paid."
