"Arrived in well protected carton. Les easily screwed on with bolts & washers provided. The chair is best described as "petite" and takes up minimal floor space which is what we wanted. It is very comfortable although the sides require your arms to be placed up high but it something you can easily get accustomed to."

"My only complaint about this set is that it isn't really tufted with buttons...I couldn't see that in the magazine photo and I guess I should have zoomed in online to see it but just never guessed that there would be pulls with no buttons.
Also one of the chairs isn't sewn quite right but it isn't bad enough to go through the aggravation of shipping it back. Overall I like them very much."

"We were looking for something to place in the hearth area of our kitchen....something comfy for our young girls yet functional and chic.....these chairs and the ottomon fit the bill!
The texture of the fabric has a very expensive feel to it and is a medium to dark gray (a smidge darker than in the pic on the website).
Comfortable seating, not slouchy/gives good back support...perfect for a sitting area. If you are looking for a structured chair for a smaller area, this is perfect! Quite pleased with the quality, pleased with the condition they arrived in from the shipping company and, pleased that the shipping company called ahead to provide a window for delivery time that was, wait for it, when they arrived!
Looking to purchase the sofa and loveseat next!"

"We have had two of these chairs (in gray) sitting in our great room for over three months now. I have gotten several compliments on how cute they are. They are pretty comfy, enough to sit on and read a book for an hour or two. They don't get a lot of use, since we always sit on the couch to watch TV, but for the money I am extremely happy with this purchase."

"I received my chair 2 months ago, and the seat cushion has already come apart at the seams. It's located in an unused part of my house, so it gets little to no use. Very disappointed. Emailed Home Decorators, and hoping they will offer a resolution."

"I ordered two of these chairs in natural for my office and love them.
****** COLOR ****** The color is exactly as shown. These are a true, cool, stone/khaki color. Thankfully there aren't any yellow/cream undertones.
****** STYLE ****** The chairs are really really cute in person. They are the perfect size and have a really pretty shape. The tufted back and clean lines make this chair a winner.
****** COMFORT ****** The seat is generous and the arm rests are a perfect height for me (5'7"). However, as another reviewer pointed out the chair is firm. I added small throw pillows to soften things a little. I still find the chair very comfortable because of the proprotions but if you're looking for a fluffy/ultra-cushionary chair then this is not the one for you.
Overall I'm psyched because of the color, price and style of the chairs. I would order the ottoman if they had it in a pattern because otherwise it's too matchy matchy."

"These chairs are exactly as shown online. The only hesitation I had in buying them was not knowing how "cushy" they would be. They're pretty firm. (and the seat cushion is integral to the chair so there is no replacing the cushion material) They look nice in our small LR area, but won't be chairs that I curl up to read in. Workmanship seems to be ok."

"I was looking for two occasional chairs to compliment a linen tufted sofa. The lines of these chairs match nicely and the color/fabric is soft, durable and true to the photo. The chairs are on the smaller side so definitely not a kick up your feet and watch TV type chair - but for a side or occasional seating option, they are great."

"I purchased this to go with the settee which I purchased earlier. Both items are comfortable and make a good presence if trying to fill a smaller space. What I really liked about these pieces is the low profile. I have them in a sun room and do not want items that interfere with the windows. I like the outside to be the dominant in the room -- not the furniture. Definitely recommend and am consistently impressed with the quick delivery and fantastic Customer Service."
