"the chair arrived and was exactly what I expected. there was no assembly to it. Home Decorator collection has proven to be a great place to order from. I got a table from there recently and I got an amazing deal on it on an outlet sale."

"I never write reviews, but I wanted to because I love this chair so much and I rely on reviews when buying online. This chair is very comfortable to sit in. It is not huge, but it certainly isn't small. My husband and I are good size people and we sit in it comfortably. I bought it to fit in our living room as an accent chair, and it does just that. The color is like a spa blue. I worried it would be too bright but, in my opinion, it is not. And, for the price, it was absolutely worth it. Home Decorators also honored a free shipping offer that came 2 days after I purchased it, and I was really impressed with that level of service since it saved me a significant amount of money after the fact. Definitely a great buy!!"

Comfy Modern Chair - Excellent Customer Service

"Chair looks exactly like catalog image and is comfortable. I ordered two chairs, but one was damaged. It was well wrapped and padded, so I believe that the cracks and scratches in the wood occurred at the factory or while being shipped from overseas. I called customer service and they sent me a new chair. They didn't require me to send anything back due to the nature of the frame damage. Easiest process ever! Great customer service. The replacement chair arrived quickly (3 business days)."

"I'm a French Art Deco fan, and this chair is in that style. It is comfortable leather, the arms are just right for placing your arms at rest, not too high. Workmanship on the chair appears sturdy and well done, and the scale is just what I needed. The room they are placed in (I ordered two) has an antique living room suite, and I needed some comfortable, upscale chairs that would not dominate or compete with the already "fussy" antique furniture. These are perfect! One of them originally came damaged and I no trouble whatsoever returning it. The customer assistants on the phone were helpful and courteous."

"The chair fit perfect for the space I had picked for it. The color is a perfect RED! Probably the only CON is that there could have been more support/padding on the seat. I'm concerned over the length of time it will have sinked in on the seat???"
