"As with my last order from HDC the items arrived much later than I was originally told. When I ordered the shades I specifically wanted room darkening shades as they were for bedrooms. These are no longer even available on the website. What I received were Light filtering shades which I did not notice until they were on the windows and the packing material was gone. I love the products that HDC offers but I am always disapointed with the service and usually at least one factor in the blinds that was not clear when ordering. The prices are not fantastic so I expect my needs to be met when paying a premium."
