"I'm extremely happy with the trunk--it's absolutely beautiful and looks much more expensive than it was. It also has a surprising amount of storage space, which allowed me to fit multiple blankets, pillows, and an air mattress inside. Really great purchase!"

"This coffee table is exactly what I was looking for, and unlike many of today's online purchases, it was already assembled and packaged oh so very carefully! It is very well-crafted with a lovely finish. I am using it in my sunroom and love being able to put pillows and throws inside the trunk when I switch out each season. This is truly one of my best purchases ever!"

"My initial order was for the end tables which are backordered until 1/21/13. In the meantime I placed an order for the coffee table and immediately fell in love with it. The storage capacity is unbelievable, now I can't wait to get my end tables. I'm very happy that I chose to purchase them, I've seen similar styles from other "catalogs" at 5 times the price of this."

"This trunk is nice looking and holds a lot - I wanted to store our picnic blankets, throws and extra pillows where everyone can get them easily, and this works well and looks nice in the living room. The only downside is the wood is very soft, so I suspect with a 2-year-old around it will end up with dents pretty soon."

"I bought this trunk to use as a storage box for my daughters toys. It holds more than I expected and looks great sitting in our family room (we use it as a coffee table). There are hinges on the trunk so that tiny fingers do not get pinched getting toys in and out of the box.
The packaging for the trunk was great. Nothing was going to happen this thing in transit. Plus, my kids had a great time playing and drawing on the big box after I got the trunk out of it. A winner all around!"

"I purchased this trunk to use as a coffee table in my small apartment. It is just as described and fits in my space very nicely. Was hoping it'd be a bit more "weathered" and vintage looking, but still, it's a nice piece. Great that no assembly was required!!"

"This trunk arrived in excellent packaging to protect it, included wood on top and bottom. Be prepared to recycle a lot of stuff!
It is very well made and looks beautiful. I've read about another trunk that most reviewers said was poorly made and cost much more. I am very pleased that I read the reviews and bought this one.
First thing I did was run down to Ace and buy four casters to attach to the bottom to make it easier to move around. It comes with plastic slides on the bottom, but I wanted to roll it.
Second thing I did was to toss two of the Martha Stewart Fabric Drawers in there to keep all the miscellaneous stuff organized. Now, I can keep a nail file, some hand lotion, the cat's favorite brush, my lastest magazines that I am still reading, my Kindle, my remotes, my blanket for the sofa all neatly tucked away.
I am not a fan of match-y match-y, but I am tempted to buy one of the end tables for a lamp.

"I wanted a coffee table trunk and researched online along time. I read the reviews and became hesitant about purchasing because the reviewers said the trunks on other websites were junk. This trunk is very nice. The quality is excellent. I hope to order the end table trunk when I save up some more money!"

i am interested in this trunk to replace a regular steel steamer trunk i use for summer/winter clothes transition - the pics do not show the inside and i am not sure if you can actually sit on it once in a while - can any owners of this trunk help me with this - thanks so much
