"I purchased four rugs in two different patterns. Both patterns are significantly darker than they appeared online. One pattern will be ok but the other is much too dark for where I want to put it and will have to be returned. Other than that, the rugs are plush, rich looking and well made. They feel wonderful underfoot."

"This rug is of very good quality. It is heavy and thick but not plush... more of a loop. The only problem I had with it was the color is more gold and dark brown than beige and expresso. Didn't blend with my colors so I had to return it."

"This runner is very pretty but the colors are not anything like the pictures on the web site: it's brown, tan, and dark beige; not gold at all. Fortunately, it still works with the colors in our home but it's not at all what I expected."
