"I really like this rug, it is thick and very well made. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I was a bit disappointed with the background color. I know it says beige but the in the picture the background does not look near as dark as it was when arrived, and the color just wasn't as bright as I expected. Other than that I love the rug!!"

What a poorly made rug

"I rated this after I first got it and thought it was a beautiful rug and it was but...it is only 3 months old and it looks like it is 20 year old instead. It only get a moderate amount of use, there's just my husband and me and it's under our dining room table. It's pulled and pilled and really looks shoddy. I will give Home Decorators a ton of credit they have sent me a pick up tag for it and are taking it back. Now I get to pick something new. It pays to buy from a reputable dealer!!!"

"This rug was an excellent choice, many colors that will compliment any room and what a plush rug. I have ordered wool hooked rugs in the past, the quality exceeded my expectations - cushy! Would also agree with other reviews, the background color is a bit more dark than pictured but still beautiful,"

Beautiful to look at but the quality doesn't match

"The rug is even prettier than on line, but it has been pilling off in clumps since I got it a few months ago and the loops pull fairly easily. It will not be a long lasting rug at this rate. I'd send it back but it's too expensive. I like change and it is pretty so I'll use it until it looks too used and then replace it, but I wouldn't recommend it for the price."

"This rug is absolutely beautiful! The colors are very similar to what you see online. The rug is definitely beige, not a light cream so be aware of that. I'm very happy with my purchase, makes my living room look awesome!"

"I absolutely love this rug. It was the perfect way to bring color and a fun pattern into my beige living room. I love the large print and the variety of colors to work from for accent pieces in the room. There is a lot of color but they blend and balance beautifully.
The quality of the rug is better than I expected and has a nicer texture than what is visible in the picture online. The background is a slightly darker beige than what my computer screen shows, but not by much and I think it look even more rich and luxurious in person. I noticed a few loops that were slightly loose or a darker thread color in a few places, but none that are very noticeable, especially with this large pattern, nor would it prevent me from purchasing the rug again.
Don't hesitate to purchase this rug. You will be thrilled that you did."

"This rug is BEAUTIFUL! I was a little hesitant after another reviewer said it was a lot darker. It's really not. The rug is actually even nicer looking in person than I expected. It's a very heavy texture and it's gorgeous!! I'm an interior designer and sometimes our firm uses HD to find random cheap odds and ends. I was expecting this to be cheap quality, but it is really a very beautiful rug, and I am totally re-inspired now to re-invent my living room! I was waiting for this so I could pull paint colors to match."

"the color was a shock for me. i thought this rug was a light creme background. i was suprised to get a dark beige foreground in this rug. i went back to the description in the shipping papers and it reads 'beige' but not on the web. that being said, all the colors were darker then i had thought, but if you turn your monitor down (or stand up) to get the dark beige, you can see exactly what you'd get. very well crafted, so fluffy and nice double stitching on the seams, that im keeping it anyway and i ordered another runner for in front of the stove."

"i had ordered a different rug from another company.after waiting one month for delivery,i found out it was back-ordered.i then called home decorators,selected a new rug which was delivered in days! BEAUTIFUL pattern,looks great in my home and no waiting!very satisfied,will only order from you in the future!"
