"I purchased the 3 x 5 with the brown background. Note: in this size, you only get 4 peacock feathers...the photo shows a full sized rug with many more feathers. I was surprised at this, but after seeing it in place, I was completely satisfied.
It arrived in only two days after purchase! The colors are much more vibrant than the photo--this is a plus. The rug is very well made, deep pile, cushiony and rich with hand-carved detail. The backing is canvas-like with well sealed edges. I had to lay it out flipped over, to try and flatten it as the one edge curled from packing. After a week, it was still curled. I am fairly sure it will relax and lay flat but its a trip-hazard right now, so its still face-down. I have had it about 3 weeks.
There is nothing cheap about this rug and I am telling you, its worth every penny. I have many oriental rugs, some hand-knotted from the middle east, and this one (although made in China) certainly is very high quality and worth the expense. No nasty smell either. Its nothing short of splendid! Go on and buy it. I dont think you will be disappointed."

"I purchased this rug for my new townhome - I had already decided I wanted to feature peacock feathers. This rug is beautiful and I am very happy with my purchase. The color is true to the illustration and if feels great underfoot. My animals love it too, unfortunately, but it vaccums well. "I got this rug in blue and it is more beautiful than I thought it would be. The blue is almost turquoise and the rug is soft without being real thick. I only wish I had gotten a bigger one but couldn't afford it, and that is why I gave it 4 stars on value instead of 5, because it is a bit pricey. For me anyway. If you can do it at all, get the biggest one. I got the 3x5, which is actually closer to 3 1/2 x 5 1/2, and it has 4 feathers on it. I put it on the tile floor in my living room and it just pops. Beautiful rug."

"I got the light blue version of this rug. The color was true to the photo. It is a gorgeous rug, very vibrant and thick. I got a 5 x 7 rug and there are 4 feathers on it, so keep in mind if you are ordering a smaller rug there will be less feathers than the photo shows. (I was fine with that). All in all, a beautiful rug and I am very happy with my purchase."

"Before ordering this for a couple of clients, I decided to get a small one for myself first. I got the black one and put it in my kitchen under the sink. It is beautiful and vibrant. It is extremely well made. It is not perfect in my kitchen because the black color collects every bit of dirt, so I would not recommend the black or dark brown in a high traffic area. I will order the blue one for my clients for sure; it is a show stopper!"

"This rug is listed as 5' 9". The one I received was 5'4". Where I was planning on using it 5'9" would have been as small as I could have gone. It is a beautiful rug. I really wish it was larger. Customer service was wonderful."
