"I love the look of this piece, ACCEPT for one major thing. Mine has an unfinished UGLY piece of wood for the base and is nothing like the one pictured. The block of wood is so unlike the one pictured that even though I love the rest of it, I want a replacement."

"The wood base is splintered on one side and the branches spin quite easily in their holes. The overall product has a more rustic look than I expected but for the price and use, it fits the bill. I am happy with it in my bathroom but not as well made as hoped to display in main bedroom."

"After waiting 2 months because of backorder issues I was very displeased with this purchase. The base is a dull finish not stained and shinny like the picture and the middle branches were not put in all the way so they wobble .I have a friend that will take it apart and re do it for me.I kept it because if it looked like the picture was darling. My friend says he can make it look like the picture.So it will be awhile before I can actually use it."

Not what I expected!

"This item took too long to deliver and it was not what I expected at all. It is very rustic and heavy. The block of wood used as the base was chunky and splintery. It smelled like wood stain. I had seen other jewelry holders with the birds at stores and they were more delicate. I won't be using it for jewelry, but I love the birds so I'm using it in my sunroom as a piece of art."

"The tree branches and birds were made well on this jewelry stand, however the wood base was not finished well at all. I restained it and put polyerthine on it to make it look better and to help keep it clean."

"This looks cute on my dresser, and it's super handy for neatly storing jewelry, especially necklaces and chains. But sheesh . . . I ordered this in November, meant as a Christmas gift. Shipment was continually delayed over the nexyt several months. I finally received in March. So I kept for myself. Still . . . beware and be sure it's in stock, before counting on receiving it."
