"I had seen a fork/spoon combination at another store, and simply fell in the love with the idea. The fork/spoon combination was made of metal, and was priced appropriately (approximately double what I purchased HDC's knife/fork). The pictures of the HDC version were appealing in catalog, and the price was great. When the HDC product arrived I was surprised by the thinness fo the metal and perceived low quality. However, when hanging it on the wall it appearance is more appealing and I chose to keep the product. it's worth it for the price."

"These knife and fork sculptures are as shown in the catalog...true depiction. I think they look a bit cheap for the price. If you really want a knife and fork on your wall you will like these fine. I just decided to return them and look for something more unique."

"I have been interested in buying "giant cutlery" for a while and didn't want silver/pewter finish or something fancy. This set is rustic and casual and will be used in our main dining area which is in an open concept home--we wanted to keep it casual. I do wish you could hang them horizontally though--only option is vertical unless you are a welder. Most sets also cost much more."

"Received this product and love it - the knife and fork are huge and have a beautiful rust color. My only compliant is that the hanger on the back will only allow it to be hung one way - I would have liked to have hung it horizontally."
