"I bought this rug for the area inside my front door. Its job is to take care of wet or snowy shoes, and it does it well. It's attractive enough to blend in with my Chinese rugs which it is protecting, and the rubbery backing holds it in place."

"This rug is more like a mat; it is very flat, I've been looking for a rug that would go with our hardwood floors and oriental rug, as snow and water end up on the floor between our current entrance pad and the rug. This one is large enough to close the gap and flat and subtle enough that it doesn't detract from the rug. I considered sending it back because I had hoped it would match the floor color exactly, but after more searching, I'm feeling lucky to have found it, with all its good qualities!"

"I am so dissapointed in this purchase. I love the rug but the size that is advertised is not the correct size. It is actually 2'10"x5'8" NOT 3'10"x5'10". That extra foot makes a huge difference. I cannot use it for my back door. Total pain b/c I spent a ton of time on this purchase and now I need to return the rug and start over."
