"I purchased this for young girls selected to be court members for a Spring Festival Ball. They are gorgeous...more rustic than I imagined. It would have been nice to have had a free standing frame instead of a wall hanging; but all in all for the purpose that the frames were bought--they are spectacular!"

"These picture frames were a great purchase. I bought 7 of them! As a Mother Day gift for 2 of my girlfriends, whose daughters are best friends with my daughter, I put a picture of one's daughter in one frame and a picture of my daughter in another frame. I did the same for the second girlfriend. So there went 4 frames. As for mine, I put a picture of each of the 2 girlfriends in separate frames and the 7th frame I put a picture of my daughter.

"This is an excellent piece, particularly for the price. I got it on a steeper discount than regular price though. It has a "wood" like appearance and is just a hint more brown than the picture. Mine came with old tape goop on it and a little yellowing from the tape. I haven't tried to get that off yet to see if it damages. Also, my other big surprise was that this piece doesn't have a stand to place on a table top. There is a hanging notch on the back, that's it. I put mine on an easel because I thought it was too small to hang for my taste. There is an opening for the picture, but it looks like the picture that is in there is painted on so you will likely be putting your picture over the antique lady if you wanted to customize it."

"Lovely and I was excited to receive it. Took two of us and a screwdriver to figure out how to change the picture and note that there is no covering over your image once it's in the frame. But really cute and unusual, I just love it."
