"I ordered this hutch, 8 drawer cabinet, 1 drawer file cabinet, collapsible table and the craft table . It has taken me two days to put all but the 8 drawer cabinet together, mostly by myself, but hubby did help with heavy pieces. Lots of work, but well worth it for craft furniture of this quality. I purchased at 30% off and free shipping and it is a fantastic bargain. Then, all of the accessory pieces went on sale for 50% off so I ordered many of them too...cubbies, paper stacker, drawers, cork board, etc so that I can recreate one of the rooms on this website in the beautiful rhododendron leaf green. So exciting to have a beautiful and organized craft room. Thanks Home Decorators and Martha Stewart."

"The price on this had me a little concerned that the quality would not be too good as other similiar product were at least 25% higher. But I was pleasantly surprised. The finish looks like high quality solid furniture and there were no edges where veneer joins compressed wood.
Assembly did take time. Since there are several shelves, drawers, and doors, there are many screws and bolts. The instructions were clear and assembly went smoothly.
I would buy again and do recommend!"

"One look a the attached photo and you'll be able to tell I love me some Martha Stewart.
I was so PLEASED to see the quality and care that went into making each piece.
Occasionally the directions could have been a little clearer but maybe it's the way my brain works :-/

And I can't say enough about HDC Customer service. Out of 12 pieces - several of which were badly damaged in shipping - I only had to replace 2 legs and one door and they took care of everything with speed and ease."

"We ordered the hutch and base together and they came in with missing boxes, missing pieces within the boxes we did receive and broken and cracked parts. The colors did not match at all between the hutch and base and the knobs were Pre drilled off alignment."

"This unit seems to have a few problems.
First there is an interior panel that is about 1/4" too short.
Second, the front door panels do not line up properly. There is no real way to make any adjustments as this uses basic hinges (not cabinet hinges).
Third and finally, the screws for the hinges are too small. They strip out extremely easy. i can see these screws loosening up after some use.

Also, my unit had a defective door. The panels had delaminated. Home Decorators was very helpful and got a replacement out right away. The replacement unit also had a small defect. But at this point I decided to live with it."

"Only issue is that the cupboard doors do not line up and am unable to adjust them, holes were not drilled exactly accurate so no adjustment possible."

"Love this collection. Assesmbly took some time but not difficult. I put together the hutch and cabinet by myself. The collection is beautiful, very well made, the color is warm and inviting. It has plenty of storage space and has been well thought out as far as layout. There is plenty of room for all my sewing, rubber stamping, scrapbooking supplies. "I previously bought some of the other MS Craft furniture and decided I needed this hutch for the top of the sewing machine cabinet. SO glad I did! We used the cabinet for our printer instead of a sewing machine, and the hutch is perfect for binders, notebooks, etc. I also really like the cork and chalk boards! Very sturdy and well constructed. Relatively easy to put together."

"I bought this in white to sit on top of the storage cabinet. I LOVE IT! Went together like a dream, and it has a ton of room in it! I really llike the cork board and chalk board on the inside of the doors. Kinda wish that Martha would have put a magnetic white board in place of the chalk board, but there's nothing wrong with the chalk board. Can't complain about the quality. This is a really roomy and sturdy piece. So happy I bought it!"

"I purchased this hutch to use with the 3 drawer file cabinet and I love it! There is so much room and I love the chalk board and cork board on the doors. I purchased the cement gray and it is beautiful. This was probably one of the harder pieces to put together, just because it was hard to line up the doors. It is very heavy so you definitely need someone to help you lift it!"

"Bought the MS Craft Space Storage Hutch, along with the Cabinet base. Both require extensive assembly, but are well worth it. My only wish would be that the upper hutch piece have the nice, finished backing that the base has. The magazine files are also a nice organizational addition."

"I am enjoying the new Storage Hutch from Martha Stewarts Collection. It is being used in my craft sewing room. I like the fact I can put everything in there and close the doors. In addition, the doors when open can be used to write on (the chalk board side) or pin things to on the corkboard side. It keeps everything neat and tidy and looks very nice."

"I bought this hutch to go on the bookcase from the same line of products. It took me a few hours to assemble but I did it by myself. It would have gone much faster with two people. It's very sturdy, color is true to pictures and very versatile since you can move the shelves around inside."
