Anti Wrap Tubing??

"I ordered this product for my husband. The shipping time took forever, but once it arrived we were very happy to finally fly our favorite NFL teams flag in the front of our house. Don't let this products description fool you. When it says anti-wrap tubing, it should read, will completely tangle your flag 24/7 despite mild wind or a light breeze. It's pretty frustrating going outside and ALWAYS having to untangle the flag. The other annoying thing about this flag pole was that it came with 1 clip. What flag only has 1 hole to be attached to? Um- NONE! So my husband had to get creative and create another clip so the flag could fly correctly."

"This was such a great deal--every place I found flag poles, the shipping was extremely high, but unbelievably cheap through Homedecorators.com. Most of the poles I found were much higher priced, and did not have the plastic sleeve on them. I received it very quickly too! I love to fly Garden Flags with a Christian perspective and appreciate being able to do so again. Thanks!"

"Over all it was sturdy however it was missing the bottom clip for the flag. I have not called for a replacement yet. If I get a prompt response I may change my rating."

Product, price, service are all great BUT the instructions are unbelievbley bad. Finding the hook to attach the lower part of the flag is indeed an adventure. You have to unsrew the buffer ring. By the way, a "filial" is the nob on top.
