"I was very excited to receive this settee based on the other reviews. I ordered in the chocolate. Upon delivery, I was disappointed that there were several large tears in the fabric, but Home Decorators customer service handled the issue promptly and appropriately.
As the for quality, this settee is very stiff and uncomfortable. It appeared cheap next to my 2 chenille wingback chairs. The chocolate was relatively true to color but the microfiber fabric was thin and I had concerns that it would not wear well, especially on the arms. Will not be having this replaced."

"I have been looking for a settee like this for quite some time. When it arrived, it was true to color. It was bigger than I thought but I'm glad it was. It looks great in my living room. The only bad thing is it's manufactured poorly. Although the assembly was very easy, the bottom of the chair falls apart easily. Be careful if you have to move it by yourself...the legs might fall off. It doesn't seem like it will hold up for a long time, but we'll see....It looks good, but it was not worth what I paid."

"I love it. I bought it for my dining room table, but the table was all wrong. We loved it so much that it is now in our Living room. I find it to be pretty comfortable as well. It looks extremely rich, formal, and expensive. The Plum Jacquard is just beautiful."

"I love, love, love this settee! Got it in chocolate brown and it goes great with my cottage style pieces as well as a traditional nailhead burgandy/merlot hue leather couch. So hard to find pieces unique pieces like this at retailers in the twin cities. Seems like everything is made for 3,000 - 4,000 sq ft houses.
It is a little taller than I expected, but the kids and I love to curl up and read on it. Firm but cozy. I get a ton of compliments on it.
One person can not lift the box by themselves. The delivery guy parked it in my garage.
Assembly is super simple - Just screw on the legs - and enjoy!"

"I just had to have the piece for a sitting area and it has turned out to be perfect. Assembly was simple (once I finally located the allen wrench). The material seems durable and like it will last quite a while. However, this is not a piece that will be used daily."

"This settee arrived in a timely manner, was very easy to un-box and assemble and fits perfectly in our space. The fabric and color are pleasing to the touch and seem very durable. At first we thought the higher back would overwhelm the space but it suits very well, and is very comfortable. In addition it was a good value for our needs!"

"i was really excited to get this settee. first of all, because i've been looking for such a piece for this particular nook in my living room; but mostly, i thought the bright cool grey tones would complement well with my current pieces. boy, was i wrong. it's not the color you see in the photo; rather, it's dark grey with an almost dirty-looking taupe-ish background fabric, which upon not-so-close inspection even looks rather cheap. yikes..."
