"I bought two of these chairs. When I took the first one out of the box and unfolded it, I assumed it was defective; it was impossible to bring it to a sitting position, and in the reclined position the head was lower than the feet. When I opened the second box, however, I found that chair was identical to the first. Obviously it's a design or manufacturing flaw. Either way, don't buy it. I'm sending mine back. The company is giving me a full refund and paying for my shipping to them, but the cost of them shipping the products to me is non-refundable."

Bad assembly

I agree with the person from NJ re: the steel relaxer. I only wish I had read the review BEFORE I purchased it instead of after. Mine would not go forward - seems to have been mis-assembled because when you try to put it upright, the legs collapse.

"I ordered these chairs and have been quite pleased! We did see some others then that were cheaper AND had an attached drink tray but we hope these are better made. SO COMFORTABLE!"

"The arm sliding mechanism sticks read bad which doesn't allow the relaxer to go into the sitting position without hitting it with a rubber mallet."

"Chair is wobbly. Tried on different surfaces, same result. Not a typical quality product from you. I have bought many items from you and this is a disapointment."
