"We needed a guest room bed and didn't want to spend a lot of money so opted for the Colefax metal bed, and we are sooo glad! Finish is rich and uniform, pattern is in single pieces (rather than "pegged" together), very sturdy and heavy, and easy to put together. I would have paid much more if I'd seen this bed in a furniture store."

"We bought this bed for our camp at the lake. For the price, this bed is a great value, and has a substantial look. It is STURDY, and putting it together was easy, if a bit time consuming. The finish was black. It is great for our small bedroom, but I think it would get swallowed up in a room larger than 12x12. If I had it to do over again, I would buy this bed again. I was surprised at the value for the low price we paid."

"I got a great deal on this bed - discount and free shipping. Awesome.
I'm a ninety-five pound chick and I was able to put this together all by myself. Some pieces were a bit heavy for me, but I'm sure it won't be a problem for most. Overall, it was no problem.
Great purchase!"

"This bed looks great. Lovely bronze color. When I added a 9 inch foundation to my 13 inch mattress, the mattress sits a bits higher than the front end of the bed, but still looks nice. Very romantic!"

"shopped around for a metal bed, this was the best value. the only drawback was i wanted it in white but for the low price, it was worth it to buy this one and paint it myself.
