"The bed arrived as promised and was packaged nicely. Assembly was not that difficult, but key patrs were mis-labelled, which led to some redundency and cost considerable time. Overall, it looks very nice in our bedroom and seems sturday enough."

"The bed is sturdier than I expected it to be. I got a good deal on it, with free shipping. The iron headboard has some holes drilled in them, visible above the mattress (looks like part of the manufacturing process). Also, the mattress has started to slide off the bedframe - there is really nothing to hold it in place. As a side - the shipping company they use (SEKO) is rude - I contacted them via chat and was answered in all caps, no 'hi' or 'can i help'. That's just my pet peeve, the bed was packaged well and brought into the house. Overall a good deal for the price."

"I got this on clearance with free shipping and a coupon, so I kinda thought "eh, its cheap. It'll probably be okay but I can replace it in a year without guilt if its not." I had wanted a canopy bed for a long time and shopped around for months without seeing exactly what I wanted: a platform bed (no box spring) that wasn't so tall it hit my ceiling fan with an elegant, expensive look. This arrived in two large boxes-- one for the head, footboard and platform, one for the rails and posts. It got to me quickly and the packing material was in good shape, if a little dirty. The bed itself went together in about an hour with two people. All the hardware was there, holes drilled in the right place, etc. My only complaint is that the support "legs" on the bottom are a hair too tall to fit correctly, which can cause the platform pieces to clunk when you move a certain way in the bed. I am figuring out how to fix this and believe it can be done by removing the rubber guards on the legs. Other than that, the bed is solid, nicer than the price I paid for it, but if it was $500, I might look askance. Dressing it up with curtains and bedding makes a huge difference. The bed itself is not very tall-- the posts are at least a foot beneath the blades of my ceiling fan, which is good, and I am not a very tall person, but if you are over 6 feet and looking for a canopy with more height, this may not be a great choice. The online pics, though accurate, don't really do it justice. I would have bought this sooner if I could have seen it in a room setting. Its definitely not a purchase I regret."
