"The pitcher was beautiful and the monogramming looked perfect. I was also impressed with the company response. I thought I'd made an error in choosing the correct letter (duh!), so I emailed them. They responded within a few hours! Turned out I did order the correct letter... had a moment of panic, but they quickly eased my mind. This is a gift for my mom, and I know that she'll love it!"
