"Although the pieces were packed really nicely in a seperate complartment each and wrapped in a good portion of a bubble wrap, I still received one piece that was broken and almost every single one of them had paint coming off. And I'm not talking about a small scratch here and there. There are some ornaments with such a big "bold" spots that I had to ask my kids to paint it with their markers to cover the silver spots under the paint. Quite dissapointing..."

"The package arrived very well packed, but one ornament was broken. I called Home Decorators that day and the customer service representative couldn't have been nicer. Replacement was made within a week. Fantastic service!!"
