"This rug is sooo cool. I work for an airline so it was perfect w/ all the city names. It was well packaged when it shipped, but the packaging was very dirty and the underside of the rug was marked up a little bit with dirt (from the warehouse maybe?).
It is thick & the pile is tight. The colors are pretty & true to the picture. A better than average quality & I get many compliments on it.
My only issues is the rug sheds.....a lot! I have vacuumed everyday since I got it and little threads and sheddy carpet fur is on the surface within minutes walking back on it. I'm hoping this will cease soon. It's in an office so not a major issue for me and nothing that made me deduct any stars/points. If it were in my house, I might feel different. Although I have paid much more for other rugs & they've shed just as much if not more so maybe it's just my OCD that has an issue w/ it."

"I bought this rug because we live in Austin, are from Chicago & have a son in Dallas. Because of the size I bought, Chicago & Dallas are cut off. It would be nice to know the cities you will have on your specific order. I would not have ordered this. The rug sheds terribly. I paid far too much for what I recieved."
