"Well, it all started out so easily. I put on the end piece that has the two legs attached to it, and thought "this is gonna be a piece of cake." WRONG! The other end of the desk had the board connecting the two legs drilled opposite to what it was supposed to be. They assembled the board between the legs upside down. Well, not being one to give up, I exercised my carpentry skills to drill four new holes in the correct place, screwed on the legs, filled the holes with wood putty and colored them to match the table. The paint job on the front edge was shoddily done also. I guess I got what I paid for. It's a keeper, but for me it turned into a carpentry project also!"

"I had a tiny little nook that I wanted to be able to use and this piece made for a fantastic combination desk/work area. It was super easy to assemble and the styling is real quality wood but simple so that it'll go with almost any home design. A great purchase!"

"This is the perfect desk for a small space. I love that all of my office supplies and papers can be hidden, so it always looks neat and tidy.
With the top open my laptop doesn't fit, but it's fine with the top closed.

"I've been looking everywhere for a small desk for my guest room. In addition to serving as a place for laptops, it needed to double as a nightstand AND not be more than 30 inches wide. This desk is perfect. It will never win any awards for fine furniture, but it is simple, sturdy, and I assembled it in less than 15 minutes (which included unpacking it.)."

"This desk is just what I expected it to be--simple and functional with a modern flair. Great value and the perfect size for my daughter's room. The deep black color did not disappoint as it matched well with her other furnishings. I like that the top opens and closes to hide any clutter. My teenage son assembled it in no time. The desk suited our purposes perfectly!"
