"We purchased this bench to go at the end of our bed along with the tufted headboard. The bench is really nice quality, and we were fortunate to get it on sale and a really good price. My only complaint is that the color that we ordered is much lighter than what we thought it would be. We ordered the linen sand and it is more of a light cream color as compared to the light tan color that is shown on the website. I was hoping for a little darker shade since we have four kids and I worry about stains. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this bench, just order a swatch first if you aren't sure on the color. (I ordered swatches, but was sent completely different swatches and went ahead and ordered the bench because the one day sale price was too good to pass up.) Also, I think the linen does stretch a little. I've noticed that when someone gets up after sitting on the bench to put their shoes on, the fabric is not smooth, there are marks where the person had sat."

"The bench looks great in the master bedroom; however it's not completely sturdy. I probably wouldn't have my husband, who is 6'2, use it daily to put on his socks or anything. Nice piece, but not something that is going to be long lasting, I think."

"arrived promptly. we bought the Shantung Chocolate and thought itd be a bit darker (richer brown) in the fabric color BUT I am still very happy with it. more like a milk chocolate that still goes with our bedroom. Great for storage of blankets and small throw pillows and to sit on to put on/take off shoes. More expensive than some other storage ottomans/benches BUT this appears to be a quality, sturdy piece. We are pleased with our purchase."

"Storage-wise, I suppose it could have been deeper. But I don't care! I chose the fabric pattern shown (blue/beige/brown/white), and it is so very pretty. It's the perfect accent piece for a soothing palette. Every time I look at it, I feel like the ocean is right outside my window!"

"We are very satisfied with this purchase. We are using it as an ottoman/storage/coffee table alternative in front of the couch in our family room. Since it really is at BENCH height (i.e. higher than a standard ottoman) my husband cut the legs down a bit for our objectives - but this was easy to do and it is working out well. If you really want it for a BENCH it will probably be perfect as is."

"Purchased this bench in all white. Shocked by how pretty it is! The fabric is very soft and it's super cushy! Great for extra seating and the storage is great. Super easy to construct as well, just screw on the legs!"
