"Holes in fixture base are slightly out of line with mounting bolts. Makes the trickiest step of mounting very difficult. Also, trim parts are assembled over the temporary protective wrapping on the shade -- makes it very difficult to remove the wrapping without damaging the shade. Printed directions are useless."
