"Love how this monstrosity of a lamp looks. We have a beach feeling in our house and it looks like a boat lantern. We are also movie lovers and it also resemblence a movie camera. The reason i only gave it 3 stars is that the lighting is poor. It takes a 60W max, and with the frosted glass front (not clear as in the photo) it does not give much light. I bought it so I could use it to read. That is not possible. So it is purely for looks unfortunately. Which is not why you normally want a floor lamp, or a lamp at all. But we did not return it because we love the look and it fit perfectly. A unique feature like nothing else you have ever seen. Be aware it is huge!"

"The item was received with NO assembly procedures.
However, the item is a decorator's dream.
The materials, and appearance once you get past the assembly are OUTSTANDING, as was your customer support who concurred that the assembly procedures were needy, but were effective in helping us to the task!!"

"This lamp is really different. We chose it for our family room and have moved it several times to other rooms. It goes well with all kinds of decor. The metal is a little thin but ok for our purposes. It is a real conversation piece."

"This light is made out of a wierd type of metal that easily crumbles. Several of the connection points were fractured or broken entirely upon arrival. It looks nice, but very very poor quality."
