Poor description of the product

"If there was a better description of the product we would not have purchased it. Its not that the product is bad. But it did not meet our requirements. The Height specified in the description is accurate for the light itself. But the extension (thin) tube shown in the picture was not included. The instructions show 9 different heights. And there seem to be segments of the thinner tube to get the full height. They must have forgotten to include those segments for pciking the right distance from the ceiling (we have 10 foot ceilings and it needs to hang much lower. Also the shades were fabric which sit on the bulb itself - we thought they were frosted glass.
We will be returning it to the local store."
