"This piece, like the others in the Marta Stewart Living Craft line, is a beautiful, substantial piece of furniture. I recently purchased an entire craft room in this line, the only thing I didn't get that I really wanted was the corner table. It fits perfectly in my space and completes the look. The shelving/cabinets on the sides are proportioned nicely for craft supplies that I like to keep at hand. I would recommend any and all pieces of this furniture. I love it and now I have the craft room of my dreams!"

Not a good experience...

I wish my experience was as positive as everyone elses. I was so excited about this desk and it looked great online. However, when we received it, there were knicks ALL over the white paint. And it took HOURS to put together. We had to take it apart and put it back together several times because the top was so difficult to get on. We are very disappointed. Unfortunately, we were too far in to return it. Martha Stewart needs some new quality control people...I don't know how they can let pieces be packaged when there is chipped paint, knicks, scratches, etc. It was packaged like that because it was like that when we unwrapped it. It looks ok in the space and from a distance but don't get up close! This did not at ALL meet our expectations. At least we bought it at 50% off because I would be even more livid if we had paid full price!

"The desk looks great and is very sturdy. The top is quite heavy and odd-shaped, so putting it on and matching up 15+ metal pieces was a bit of a struggle. Everything should fit together perfectly, so make sure it does before screwing tight! I am looking forward to doing many crafts on this table!"

"Purchased for corner in bedroom to keep paperwork organized. Quality not as good as martha stewart craft tables I have purchased in the past. When completely assembled desk is not sturdy, so definitely needs to be placed in a corner and don't plan on moving it. A few parts missing but Home Decorators is usually good about sending missing parts. Desk looks nice, just hope it lasts. Also purchased cubby for top and quality of this is better and adds to character of desk."

"I have been wanting this for my craft room for years. the basement is finally finished, and the furniture is now Mine!
Wish the cubbies were a little larger to fit a jar or something like that, or I wish that martha would design something to put into the cubbies that match. Would be great button display area, just need to find the right size jars. Other than that, it's great."

"I love this craft table. I use it as a desk and it fits perfect in my art room! I put it together myself (a female). I used an electric power screwdriver that made assembly a lot easier and quicker. The desktop is heavy and is easier if you have another person to help lift it for placement. However, I was able to do it myself. The craft table is sturdy and well made! I would recommend it!"

"This is a heavy-duty and sturdy desk. Only have two issues. First, the drawers do not open and close smoothly. You must pull or push a little harder than should be necessary. Secondly, the width of the sides does not match the depth of the other items if you place them side by side, i.e., bookcase, file drawers, etc. are 20 inches deep. The sides are just under 15 inches. Bought this on sale with free shipping, so feel it is good value for the money."

"Just adore this corber table! It fit perfectly into the corner I had purchased it for. I'm using it for scrap booking and many of my stamps, still in their respective boxes, fit nicely into the cubbies. The work surfice is quite large, so I would highly recommend purchasing the cubby to go on top of it, to not only maximize your space, but to have extra storage.... Wish there was a CORNER "paper organizer", that would be awesome!"

"I LOVE the storage and appearance of this desk! Putting it together was a pain! Spent three hours trying to put together this desk only to figure out the desk leg w wasn't cut right. Customer service was nice and they sent out a new leg. Took a week for it come in and then spent another three hours putting the thing together. Also broke a lot of cam locks in the process. It looks great once it's put together the only other complaint is that it does scratch easily. I wouldn't recommend for anyone with kids because it will get scratched :("

"We purchased this table so that it could function as both a work desk and craft table. The table is great - well made and with multiple cubbies and options to customize with the accessories. While it came with some damage (from the delivery - not HDC), HDC immediately rectified the problem. There are a lot of parts to put together, but the instructions made it manageable. If you are considering a corner table/desk, I highly recommend it!"

"Top is a Large work area, not much storage. Does take up quite a bit space, but is a large work surface which is plus. Don't skip forward on assembly directions! There is a reason for the proceedure. Sturdiness is ok, if you don't have to move too much! Did take two and about 5-6 hours to put together."

"I bought this for my 8 year old. She loves to draw, paint, and do crafts. This perfect, it gives her enough table top space and plenty of storage nooks. The assembly took a little while, but were very clear. One step I would do differently is not put the drawer guides on until after the top is secure and table is upright. It was difficult to get to the bolt with the guides in place."

"Overall, I was very happy with this desk. I was looking for something that would fit in the corner of the room that I could put my sewing machine on. The drawers are perfect for storing thread, bobbins, etc. and the shelves are a lot deeper than I thought they would be. The desk is very solid and sturdy and doesn't shake at all when I'm sewing. However, the top scratches VERY easily! I mean, I looked at it and a new scratch appeared. I love the desk, but I've had it for two weeks and it looks like I've had it for ten years!"

"This table looks great! Not the easiest to put together. The brochure recommends its done by 2 people...proud to say I did it all by myself..it only took 3 hrs...lol! Very happy with the fact that not one piece was damaged or missing...they even gave me spare screws just in case..I absolutely recommend this product!!!"

"I love Martha Stewart craft pieces. However be forewarned, this table top is heavy! I thought I would never get it up on top. It's a little heavy to move around, but that said, anyone can put it together, and it makes for perfect workspace. I hope to get all the collection in time. I think it's worth the money, and will outlast me."

"Lots of pieces to put together, but if you are deliberate about the process then it is fine. It will take a good chunk of time and I recommend two people working on it. We had a problem with one cam bolt, but figured out a way around it. Super sturdy desk and it looks great!"
