Attractive but poor packing

"I ordered a set of these lanterns which took a rather long time to arrive and when they did arrive, the smaller lantern was packed within the larger and the glass for both was broken. I immediately called HDC and was told anohter set was on its way. Several months later, they arrived, also broken. HDC was very easy to work with an offered a 3rd set or a refund, I chose the refund. I was very disappointed as they were quite attractive."

"I had to give this a 3 star instead of a 5 only because glass arrived broken in large lanterns BOTH times I ordered these. In one order the smaller one had the glass broken on two panels also. Its frustrating to wait for stock to come in then have it arrive damaged. Otherwise besides this issue and them being a bit pricey they are gorgeous lanterns. I have the complete confidence in Home Decorators that they will make this right . They are sending me a replacement set for the broken ones once stock status is updated."
