"I purchased two units, the assembly directions were incorrect,some of the shelves are not level, if you use for books you need to add additional support legs and I requested wood plugs and received half of what I asked for and what the packing slip showed."

"While I am overall pleased with the look of this shelf, I am disappointed with the visible screw holes on the interior shelves. Only 12 fillers are provided for the outside holes and some of the other holes are quite obvious. For this price I would expect to be able to some-what hide the necessary holes. It is a sturdy piece and I enjoy the look it is giving the room. My only criticism are the domed fillers they provided and all the ones that they didn't."

"The shelf itself is smaller than it appears in the photo, so pay attention to the dimensions. I purchased two units to place in a large hallway to display framed photos. Because it is only 12 inches deep they fit nicely in the hallway. I was attracted to the irregularities of the shelving when I purchased the units online and am pleased with the look in person. I put the shelving together with the tools provided and a small flat screw driver in a few hours."

"Love the look of the wall piece, but it was a bear to assemble. My husband was not happy. Instructions, not clear and precise enough. I do not think for the price of the piece it was a good value. I think the shipping and promptness of the order was good."

"This display unit is perfect for small items. It looks larger in the catalog than it actually is. I was disappointed with the quality of the finish - there are quite a few nicks and dents that were in the wood (actually MDF) before it was painted. But once you have it put together and put your collectibles on it you don't notice them too much. I wouldn't say it was a great value but it fits my needs and I am happy with it overall."
