"So I loved the look of the clock but when I received it, the second hand would not rotate but rather flick back and forth between one second. I sent it back for a new clock, same model. It just arrived and, lo and behold, the same problem. What is it with these simple wall clocks that makes them so difficult to work? And forget about contacting Infinity Instruments, the manufacturer. After searching online I finally tried the online Yellow Pages, got a number, and it was a fax line. I suggest Home Decorators look for a new manufacturer of wall clocks for this model. It was extremely frustrating."
