Very Disappointed

"We were very excited to find a Hutch & Stand combo that matched the style of our other furniture and would fit the 60" TV we recently purchased. We were very disappointed and disheartened when we open the boxes and saw that the black finish was marred by what appeared to be droplets of something that displaced the black paint, leaving brownish dots. This was evident on every piece except the back panels. Which leads us to the next disappointment. The panels are thin and held together with black duct tape. No joking. And in the couple of hours we had them sitting out, the panels started to warp and the tape was releasing. Also, we were surprised at the poor craftsmanship of the crown molding, with one side having a large tear out that had just been painted over. Needless to say we requested to return the both items and they were very polite in handling that request. Unfortunately, a week after they had received the Hutch and Stand at their warehouse, they had not even begun to process our refund, explaining that they were running behind. We did however eventually receive the credit to our account."
