Love my new chairs!

"Bought two of these and I love them. The price was great and the quality is good. I wanted smaller chairs that would stand up to my Jack Russell jumping on them and these fit the bill. Love the neutral tan color and the fabric vacuums up nicely. I did scotch guard them to protect against stains. Delivery was unbelievably fast and professional. All I had to do was screw in the legs and they were good to go. Seat is firm and the chair is just the right size to sit and read a book in with an ottoman. Got compliments from all my friends too. Have had them for about a month now and am very pleased with my purchase."

Worst chair ever

"I cannot believe this chair made it through your QC dept and out your warehouse! The chair had 5 issues:
1. ugly carmel color, flat untextured fabric
2. untextured buttons
3. black smudges all over the chair
4. piping on rear top of chair was uneven, coming apart at the seams on the left and showing staples on the right
5. not even a real separate cushion
This is the worst chair ever - cheap, unattractive & uncomforatable.
Also, the ottoman arrived without the box containing the legs!
I am returning both right away!"

Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, did you enjoy the play?
It amazes me how two (2) transactions for the identical product can generate such polar opposite feedback.
I'm considering this big 'ole chair and ottoman combo for my bedroom. The first review was glowing; I nearly bought it at that very moment...
Then I saw your posting, and the brakes screeched to a complete stop.
This one's gonna take a little more search time.
