A LOVELY JEWELRY CHEST WITH PLENTY OF STORAGE

"I bought this as a gift for my daughter. It arrived packed very well and the only thing was to put on the feet. Not a problem. Every inch of this cabinet was incorporated for storage, and very well laid out. The drawers were all lined with felt, and she absolutely loved it. It is of substantial weight - it took two people to remove it from the shipping box. A great gift. Excellent value for the money."

"So nice! I thought the top didn't open but THE PICTURES JUST DON'T DO IT JUSTICE, the top does open. Each drawer has a different layout of organizer holes for different sized jewelry. The sides open for your necklaces and have more room than any jewelry armoire I've ever owned for longer necklaces to fit perfectly without hanging out or covering the second row of necklace hooks. BASICALLY NO ASSEMBLY is all you have to do is add the legs but I actually left mine flat on the floor without them."

"I was crushed when I saw the condition of this cabinet. It had black marks/scratches on it in many places where the surface of the wood was scratched off. It was also covered with tiny holes which I learned may be "distressed" but, I had no clue it would look like that and I did not like the look. The positive thing was good communication from the company offering to pick it up. My problem was there was no way I could get it back in the box I had to destroy to get it out! I also had to break up the styrophome to get it out! So, I decided to keep it and re-paint it and hope it looks OK! I like the basic cabinet and the design. It will be perfect for lots of jewelry!"

"ARMOIRE ARRIVED IN JUST A FEW DAYS, - ONLY ASSEMBLY INVOLVED WAS SCREWING ON THE LEGS. PACKING WAS EXCELLENT! THERE WERE A COUPLE OF SMALL CRUSHED PLACES ON THE BOX, BUT PACKING KEPT IT FROM AFFECTING THE ARMOIRE IN ANY WAY. ARMOIRE IS DEFINITELY CREAM, NOT WHITE - VERY ATTRACTIVE AND HOLDS SO MUCH! GETTING IT FOR THE SALE PRICE WAS A REAL BONUS."

"The quality and workmanship on my newly purchased Jewelry Armoire appears to be quite good. It is certainly heavy and sturdy with ample storage drawers and areas. The one drawback that I do find is the lack of drawer stops. If you pull too hard the drawers come right out. I would suggest a design change!"

"the item couldve been packed better. there was a chip/piece missing on the front of the amoire, towards the bottom. also the legs didnt match to well in color or size. i guess i will have to live with it. i do like the armoire. i would like it better if the legs matched better and fit correctly."

"Chose brown wood armoire online and received in 2 days exactly. The item looks identical to how it appears online, and the quality is just fine, as I didn't know what to expect not being able to see it in person first. The drawers are spacious with lots of little compartments, and the two side panels offer many hooks for your necklaces, which is what I really needed. Plus, the hooks aren't "sharp" or rough, so your items will not get damaged hanging. Inside drawers are felt/velvet lined, so nice and soft. For the cost, you really are receiving a great piece of furniture. Assembly was simple- just the bottom legs screw on. I loaded my chest up immediately and am very happy! No more sorting through tangled messes trying to find what I am looking for!"

"What a great value. This is a very solid piece, and one of most beautiful armoires I've seen. You will not be disappointed. I will say that I expected it to be more of an off-white; however, it is more of a light yellow, in my opinion. Still gorgeous."

"What they call the distressing was not even mentioned in the write up. They took what would have been a nicely finished piece of furniture and absolutely ruined it with their tacky cheap attempt at a distressed look. What they got was a piece that looked like it had been hacked with a knife and pounded with a hammer with one knife mark on every drawer and two on the sides. What a waste. You would not notice what they call the distress marks in their pictures unless you are forewarned to look for them. It otherwise would have been a nice piece of furniture. We wouldn't have it in our house."

"This is a beautiful jewerly armoire, I love the velvet interior on all the drawers, and that it has divided drawers, a place for rings in the top and plenty of room. It is also very pleasing to the eye. The only problem I had with the armoire was that when I received it, the screws in the hinge for the top cabinet had been stripped, so it looked like possibly someone preparing it for shipping might have tried to carry it by the top, so the top would not shut properly, and I will have to fix that. I called HD right away and they were very willing to help with the problem. Awesome CS. I have ordered thru HD before and had no workmanship problems before, so I will definetly order thru HD again."
