Great Chair but problem with delivery

"When the chair arrived I noticed a hole in the box. I opened up the box and there was a hole right through the back of the chair. So I had to return it. But the chair was pretty. It was a dark beige with a grey undertone. So at times it looked a little grey. It was rather stiff when you sat on it.. not soft and squishy at all.
Overall a nice modern look to it. I had no problems returning it... just called and they set up a day with a 4 hour pickup window. No problems."

Ok chair

"The chair arrived well packed and in good condition. The color was much darker than I thought. I would say it is brown. Chair looks great but you will be surprised when you go to sit. It is stiff as a board."
