"Well let's start with I love HDC. I have ordered numerous time, and always pleased. This time, it is not the best experience. I was so excited about the linen napkins and table cloth being on sale. I picked the natural color, expecting natural colored linen--french country colored, basic linen *(like wheat, or burlap). These are not close, not even semi-close to what is shown. I don't care how "off" the monitor color is, this is NOT "NATURAL". They are brown, not a little brown but like milk chocolate. Don't miss the disclaimer, if you have them monogrammed with a letter....it is considered personalized. So no returns, no fixes, no exchanges. I mean one letter apparently means they were hand made for you. Don't go with the "natural" expecting natural, I would go for the ivory."
